1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and SpinWin PK ("the Platform," "we," "us"). The Platform operates the website at spinwinpk.best and all associated services including games, betting markets, live cricket scores, and the VIP Club programme.

By registering an account on SpinWin PK, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise accessing any service provided by the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules published on specific game pages, the VIP Club terms, and any promotional terms and conditions associated with individual bonus offers. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms take precedence unless a specific addendum expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use SpinWin PK you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

SpinWin PK reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage. These checks may be carried out by requesting a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your ID, or other documentation as determined necessary. This is a standard procedure to protect all players on the platform.

4. Deposits and Payments

SpinWin PK accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• SpinWin PK does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside SpinWin PK's control.
• Deposits are credited instantly to your SpinWin PK wallet upon successful processing by the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• SpinWin PK reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source registered to the account holder.
• Deposited funds are held in your SpinWin PK wallet and may be used for betting across all available games and markets. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 5.

5. Withdrawals

SpinWin PK processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal above the minimum threshold can be processed.
• The name on your withdrawal payment account must match the name on your SpinWin PK account and your verified ID.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before the associated real money balance becomes available for withdrawal, per the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
• SpinWin PK does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive.

• SpinWin PK reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or for accounts that have not previously completed KYC.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

SpinWin PK offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all SpinWin PK bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are set out on each promotion page and may include minimum deposit amounts, account verification status, and geographic restrictions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10× means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in total wagers before the Rs 1,000 becomes withdrawable).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another player.
• SpinWin PK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from any account where abuse of a promotion is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7. VIP Club Programme

Participation in the SpinWin PK VIP Club is automatic for all registered players from their first deposit. VIP points are earned on all qualifying wagers across the platform. Tier upgrades and downgrades are governed by cumulative lifetime point totals as described on the VIP Club page.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, account manager access, reload bonus frequency, and birthday bonuses — are as described on the VIP Club page and may be updated by SpinWin PK with notice.
• Weekly cashback is calculated Monday to Sunday and credited the following Monday before noon PKT. The cashback rate is determined by the player's tier at the time of settlement.
• Weekly cashback is real money with no wagering requirement attached. It is directly withdrawable.
• VIP points are non-transferable and have no cash value of their own — they serve solely as the mechanism for tier determination.
• SpinWin PK reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, benefit levels, and programme structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice via account notification or email.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

SpinWin PK is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets without direct manual interaction by the registered player.
• Collusion with other players to artificially influence game outcomes, share information in live games to gain unfair advantage, or coordinate bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be removed from the account. SpinWin PK will make reasonable efforts to identify and notify affected players.

9. Game Rules and Bet Settlement

Each game and betting market on SpinWin PK is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. The following general principles apply to all games on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the round or event has started, except where a specific feature (such as Cash Out in crash games) explicitly permits early settlement.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

SpinWin PK may suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior support contact.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (see below).

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login or bet activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. SpinWin PK will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 to the account balance. The account will remain open and the fee ceases if the player logs in. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 6 months of dormancy.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Remaining real money balances will be paid out to the verified payment method on the account subject to standard KYC requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

SpinWin PK provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpinWin PK excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

SpinWin PK shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to an account where the player's credentials have been compromised.

Nothing in these Terms limits SpinWin PK's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy and Data

SpinWin PK collects and processes player personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering you consent to the collection and processing of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
